Reduced Commissions for Early Placement
A reduced commission structure of fifteen percent (15%) shall apply against amounts collected within 30 days of a claim being placed with KMK Collections, where the oldest charge is no more than four (4) months old at the date of placement. The principal balance of any such claim placed must exceed $300.00.
Our standard commission rates will apply on any balance remaining, or in the event immediate legal action is necessary upon placement.
